Osbeck双子纲无患子目.，芸香科常绿小乔木，小枝无毛，枝刺短或无。叶椭圆形或卵形，全缘或有不显钝齿；叶柄有狭翅，有关节。脐橙是竞相栽培的柑桔良种。目前，我国各地也栽培很多脐橙。脐橙营养丰富，含有人体所必需的各类营养成份。<br></p><BR></P><P><p>脐橙选择：<br>1、皮面橙黄光滑，颜色新鲜、清新。<br>2、体积：在向阳枝头结的体积大、中个头的果实质量较好，因为阳枝头上的果子日照多，一般发育正常，果肉营养充足，其味鲜甜。<br>3、弹性：用手指轻压果皮，弹性好，说明皮层较薄，果心大，果肉饱满。<br>4、窝底：柑桔底部明显向里凹，说明成熟好，皮薄，水分多。<br>5、纽荷尔成长型，个儿大<br>6、外形为椭圆或锥形及脐橙底部脐眼小者味道较为鲜甜，外形大小较为统一。反之，外形大小不一或成标准球形者，为次品，味道较为酸苦。</p><BR></P><P><img align="baseline" alt="脐橙果园" src="" border="0" hspace="0"><br></P><P><p>脐橙的吃法：<br>1、橙子一般都是切开了吃，往往满手的汁液，一是不方便，二是珍贵的维生素也都浪费了。其实完全可以剥了吃，汁液一点不浪费。</p>
<p>2、把橙子放在桌子上，用手匀着劲揉，揉到四面都软了，开剥。你就一片片地剥着吃吧，一点都不浪费。不过这样剥皮之后的脐橙瓣都是软的，</p>
<p>3、以我十多年的吃脐橙经验还是用刀削，就像削苹果一样，然后去掉橙衣，再一瓣一瓣的掰着吃，这样的吃法才能真正吃到鲜嫩的脐橙。</p>
